Embla is inspired by the new Nordic Cuisine, a culinary movement that focuses on local, natural & seasonal produce. The philosophy of Swedish gastronomy centers around a close connection between the chefs and the farmers, and is something we are proud to implement on a daily basis. We source our produce from regions that aim to incorporate environmental, wellbeing & ethical production into their practices.
The cuisine at Embla utilises cooking methods from different cultures, highlighting the Nordic region with its dramatic difference in seasons to create a multi-sensory experience between Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
