Embla is a contemporary Nordic fine dining restaurant inspired by fresh and seasonal ingredients. The new creative endeavour is pioneered by Chef Jim Löfdahl, previously the Executive Chef of the Frantzén’s Kitchen. Fuelled by Chef Jim’s desire to share his passions and heritage, Embla will succeed the space to establish a culinary tour de force.
