The team at Embla are inspired by the new Nordic Cuisine, a culinary movement that focus on local, natural & seasonal produce.
The philosophy of Swedish gastronomy that puts a close connection between the chefs and the farmers are something we implement on a daily basis.
We source our produce from regions that aims to incorporate environmental, wellbeing & ethical production into its practice.
The Cuisine at Embla utilize cooking methods from different cultures. Especially highlighting the nordic region with its dramatic difference in seasons to create a multi- sensory experience from Spring, Summer, Fall, to Winter.
